I was impressed by Katie's ability to both form and a lead a new cross-functional product team... Her leadership skills were particularly noteworthy, as she was able to both motivate her team members to achieve their goals while maintaining a highly positive and collaborative working environment.

Katie understands that its not always about introducing new stuff all the time, but to make sure that what we currently have or are going to put in place has the right support model and us sustainable.

It would have been easy to been the last to know about changes, but what Katie excels at is making sure we all know where we are going and why.
